Ställ dig på pappret med hälen lätt tryckt mot väggen.
Dra ett streck på pappret precis där din längsta tå slutar.
Mät avståndet från papperskanten (väggen) till strecket med en linjal i centimeter.

Stand on the paper with your heel gently pressed against the wall.
