Lägg ett papper på golvet helt intill en vägg.
Ställ dig på pappret med hälen lätt tryckt mot väggen.
Dra ett streck på pappret precis där din längsta tå slutar.
Mät avståndet från papperskanten (väggen) till strecket med en linjal i centimeter.

Place a piece of paper on the floor flat against a wall.
Stand on the paper with your heel gently pressed against the wall.
Mark the paper exactly where your longest toe ends.
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (the wall) to your mark in centimeters.
