Delivery Policy

We collaborate with external suppliers and logistics partners. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Our standard delivery times within Sweden and Europe are usually 3–6 business days. A tracking link will be sent once your order has been processed, so you can easily follow its journey.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with Swedish law. Please contact us via email at info@bagifine.se with your order number and a description of the reason for return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of an approved return. Return shipping costs SEK 149 and is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the item. In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us via info@bagifine.se. The product must be returned in an unused condition. 

Complaint

In case of a faulty product according to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to make a complaint. Please contact us as soon as possible with pictures and a description of the defect, and we will resolve it together.
